Student with a TechSmart username AND a SSO provider
If a student had an existing TechSmart account (signed in using a username provided by TechSmart) and later linked their account to a SSO provider then the Reset Password option is available but will only reset the TechSmart password that students use to sign in directly to TechSmart.

Student with only a SSO provider
For students who only use a SSO provider (Classlink, Clever, Google) to sign in, the Reset Password option is not available because the password is not managed by TechSmart.
If a student is having problems signing in to their SSO provider please follow procedures suggested by your school or SSO provider.
