Teacher Support Methods

You can get in touch with us through a variety of ways to access additional support when using TechSmart’s curriculum and platform:


Live Support  

For questions or issues that require immediate assistance, click the Live Support widget on the bottom right of the platform.

This will get you directly connected with one of our Teacher Support team members, who can answer questions you might have or guide you through any issue.

Live Support is available Monday-Friday from 7:30-4:00pm PST.



For non-urgent requests, our Teacher Support team can be reached via email at support@techsmart.codes.


Help Icon

You can also send our Teacher Support team an email through the platform by the upper right corner of the platform toolbar.

Office Hours

Office Hours will provide teachers with an opportunity to speak with one of our Teacher Support team members directly about any questions related to the curriculum or your class and specific needs.



Click here to schedule an office hour meeting or go to the Help dialog (the question mark icon by your name) in the TechSmart Platform and click on “Schedule Office Hours” to follow the link to the Calendly site which will allow you to schedule a time and set up a calendar event. 

    • Monday - Friday 9:00-4:30pm PST
    • Any time by appointment, based on availability. Please email requests to support@techsmart.codes and include the time you’d like to meet.

  1. Schedule a time on Calendly


  1. Attend Office Hours via Zoom.

    Once you schedule a time through Calendly you will receive a Google calendar event with a video conferencing link that you will use to join us at the time of your meeting.
